Summer St. Hilaire both notched a pair of goals as the Nichols College women's soccer team defeated Anna Maria 8-0 Monday night in non-conference action in Paxton, Mass.
The Bison (2-2-1) came out of the gates strong as they tallied five goals in the first half. Sophomore
Abby Bassett was able to get the Bison on the board first at 14:10. Dunn made it 2-0 by scoring her second goal of the season with an assist from freshman
Damiana D'Agostino. Freshman
Madison Clark tallied her second collegiate goal in the first half as well. Dunn was able to put in her third of the year at 28:37 with an assist from sophomore
Carley Pedruczny. Pedruczny made it 5-0 Bison right before halftime.
Freshman
Summer St. Hilaire joined the scoring party in the second half by notching her first and second collegiate goals, both with assists from sophomore
Linzi Fitzgerald. Ten minutes into the second half, senior
Alana Rodrigues would make it 8-0 Bison. The shutout was their third of the season.
