DUDLEY, Mass. – The Nichols College field hockey team fell to Endicott College 8-1 in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action Saturday morning at Vendetti Field.

Anna Heroth (Johnstown, N.Y.) scored her first collegiate goal with less than a minute remaining in the contest for the Bison, who were outshot 48-1. Classmate
Macayla Belt (Rochester, N.Y.) picked up the assist on the goal while sophomore goalie
Brooke Misbach (Guilford, Conn.) recorded 25 saves. Sophomore
Maggie Noelk (Georgetown, Mass.) was credited with three defensive saves.

Senior Madi Wood (Bristol, Vt.) racked up six points on two goals and two assists for the Gulls. Classmate Melanie Kaleta (Bellingham, Mass.) and freshman Jaylin Grabau (Lynnfield, Mass.) each potted two goals for the visitors.

Today's contest marked the 32nd all-time meeting between Nichols College and Endicott College. The Gulls lead the series, 22-10, and have won the last seven meetings.
