DUDLEY, Mass. – The Nichols College women's tennis team earned their 10th win of the season with an 8-1 victory over Gordon College on Tuesday afternoon in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) play at the Robinson Tennis Courts in Dudley, Mass.

Ashley Dallaire (East Bridgewater, Mass.) posted an 8-1 win over junior Justine Hanson (Meadow Vista, Calif.) and junior Gabrielle Brucker (Eleva, Wis.) at No. 2 doubles. Current CCC Player of the Week sophomore
Amarie Settiwongse (Bangkok, Thailand) and classmate
Isabelle Leonardi (North Hampton, N.H.) added an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles against junior Kaelyn Hall (Sugar Land, Texas) and senior Maddie Berry (Paso Robles, Calif.).

Gordon grabbed a point at No. 3 doubles with senior Katherine Jeffreys (Parkton, Md.) and freshman Caitlin Kwok (Dana Point, Calif.) defeating sophomore
Lindsey Kaplan (Boca Raton, Fla.) and sophomore
Rachel McDonald (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.).Â
In singles play, Settiwongse made quick work of Justine Hanson at No. 1 singles with a 6-0, 6-0 victory, while Leonardi followed with a 6-1, 6-3 win at No. 4 singles over Maddie Berry.
Lindsey Kaplan clinched the match for the Bison with a 6-2, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles, with
Megan Nathanson rallying for a 6-4, 6-0 win at No. 3 singles over Kaelyn Hall. Senior
Alanna Judd (Westborough, Mass.) added a 6-3, 6-4 win at No. 2 singles, beating Katherine Jeffreys, and freshman
Juliana Herrera (Villavicencio, Columbia) registered a 7-6 (7-1), 6-0 victory over Kwok at No. 6 singles.Â
