This was the first meeting ever between the Bison and the Camels with Connecticut College now leading the all-time series at 1-0.

Quick Synopsis
The Nichols College women's lacrosse team fell 20-4 to Connecticut College Thursday evening in non-conference action at Vendetti Field. The Camels exploded for 13 goals in the first half before adding seven more in the second half to reach the 20-goal plateau for the second time this season.

The Bison were outshot 36-7 on the game including 24-4 in the first half. This marked the second time in the last three games that the Bison were held in the single-digits in shots. The Camels also won the battle on the face-offs, coming away with 19 draw controls compared to just seven for Nichols.

Quick Hits
- Connecticut College opened the scoring at 29:37 of the first half and scored the first four goals of the game before the Bison rattled off the next two goals – one by senior captain Alexa Smith (Salem, N.H.) and the next by senior captain Meghan Dombkowski (Sagaponack, N.Y.). The Camels followed that up with 11 unanswered goals, including the first two of the second half, to take a 15-2 lead.
- Junior Brooke Marion (South Hadley, Mass.) had a goal and an assist while Smith added one more goal to wrap up the scoring for the Bison.
- The Camels saw nine different student-athletes score goals in the game – including senior defense Maggie Hogan (Arnold, Md.) who scored her first-collegiate goal.
- Junior Katherine Cotton (Kennebunk, Maine) made five saves in 49:31 and took the loss while sophomore Jacqueline Hogue (North Grafton, Mass.) played the remaining 10:29 in the game and did not register a save.
- Sophomore Meg Raskin (Westwood, Mass.) took the win after playing the first half and stopping two shots while sophomore Megan Mullin (Sudbury, Mass.) made on save in the second half.
