The Bison were outshot in the game 36-9 which marks the sixth time this season that Nichols was held under double-digit shots.  

Quick Hits
- Sherman tallied both of her goals in the first period (2:27; 17:09) to give the Huskies a 2-0 lead after the first period. Mohler assisted on the first while junior Ally Vanidestine (Bangor, Maine) had the helper on the second.
- The only goal in the second period came when Burris scored the first of her two goals at 16:44 with Mohler adding her second apple.
- The Huskies saw three goals in the final period including a PP goal by senior Chelsea Boucher (Gilford, N.H.). Junior Lynn Kozlowski (Stoneham, Mass.) also scored in the period before Burris added her second goal at 19:50 to close the book on the scoring.
- The Bison saw nine shots by nine different student-athletes including freshmen Callie Jackson (Vineyard Haven, Mass.), Kelly Ferreira (North Falmouth, Mass.), Olivia Knight (Walpole, Mass.), and MacKenzie Lyons (Scottsdale, Ariz.) to go along with sophomore Laura Christie (Hudson, Mass.), junior Samantha DiReda (Shrewsbury, Mass.), and seniors Alexa Smith (Salem, Mass.), Samantha Mead (Hazen, N.D.), and Julia Mastrototaro (Holden, Mass.).
- Sophomore Lindsay O'Connell (Danvers, Mass.) started the game and made 25 saves while allowing four goals. Freshman Lauren Bennett (Chicago, Ill.) played the final 11:09 and stopped 5 shots.
- Sophomore Courtney Davis (Woburn, Mass.) stopped all nine shots she faced to take the win.
