Quotes
"We came out stagnant and dug ourselves a hole that we could not climb out of. I was very impressed by the way we came back, but unfortunately, when you dig yourself a 25-point hole against a good team, it makes it extremely difficult. Taylor hit five 3's in the second half and was awesome and Amy played very well for us, but it was too little, too late." – Nichols head coach Alice Mullen

"This is a big lesson for our freshmen and sophomores. If you put 40 minutes together, you can do anything you want. At the end of the day, though, it's still a loss." – Mullen, on the team's first-half struggles against Curry
