MIDDLETOWN, R.I. - Sophomore Courtney White (Orange, Mass.) scored her second goal of the season in Nichols College's 4-1 loss at Salve Regina University Wednesday night in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action at Gaudet Field.

Freshman netminder Brooke Misback (Guilford, Conn.) turned aside 32 shots - 18 in the first half and 14 more in the second.

Freshman Ashley Cody (Pawling, N.Y.) scored a pair of goals for the Seahawks, who held a 55-10 edge in shots.

Tonight's contest marked the 34th all-time meeting between Nichols College and Salve Regina University. The Seahawks now lead the series, 19-15, and have won the last six meetings.
