VIRGINA BEACH, Va. – Sophomore Anthony Verville (Portland, Maine) scored four goals in Nichols College's 14-11 loss to Centenary (NJ) College in non-conference men's lacrosse action Thursday night.

Senior Zac Smith (Norton, Mass.) and junior Michael Bane (North Grafton, Mass.) each tallied twice for the Bison (2-4), who also saw senior Brian Girard (Norwood, Mass.) dish out two assists. Freshman Rob Belger (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) recorded 10 saves to fall to 0-2.

Sophomore Trevor Krupinski (Lincoln Park, N.J.) potted five goals for Centenary (2-3) while sophomore Anthony Biango (Highland Lakes, N.J.) and junior Joshua Caven (Yardley, Pa.) each scored three times.

Nichols plays UMass Boston Wednesday, March 26 at 4 p.m. at Vendetti Field. The Cyclones play Fairleigh Dickinson College at Florham tomorrow at 7:30 p.m.
