Nichols College Athletics

Jess Nelson led her team to a 2-0 record in conference play this past week defeating Wentworth 69-49 at home on senior night for Nichols and defeating Eastern Nazarene on the road 74-53. In the Wentworth game jess recorded a double-double making it her 10th of the season recording 12 rebounds and scoring 11 points. She had a game high seven offensive rebounds and also had a block and three steals in the game. Against Eastern Nazarene on Saturday Jess scored 12 points and had 8 rebounds in only 22 minutes of play as she helped Nichols to their second 20 point win in a row.
