Josh Harris had an all-around day for the Nichols defense Saturday with a game-high and career-high matching 12 tackles and four tackles for a loss of 18 yards, a sack for a loss of 11 yards, a blocked punt and forced a fumble that led to a touchdown to give the Bison the third quarter lead in Saturday’s setback to UMass Dartmouth. In addition, Harris averaged 42.2 yards per punt, recording 169 yards on four kicks and was named NEFC Co-Defensive Player of the week. He has recorded 51 tackles this season, (31 solo), ranking second on the team and 11th among NEFC linebackers. Harris has posted 2.5 sacks on the season for a loss of 16 yards.
