Junior forward Jessica Nelson (North Providence, R.I.) continued her dominant play for the Bison in two games last week. In a The Commonwealth Coast Conference victory over Curry, Nelson poured in a career-high 29 points and pulled down seven rebounds to lead Nichols to a 74-65 victory. Nelson also had 15 points, grabbed six rebounds, and dished out four assists in a 77-68 loss against Western New England. Nelson leads the team in points per game (15.7) and rebounds per game (7.7).
