Sophomore Pete Atkins (Gainesville, Fla.) led the Bison to an 83-72 victory over UMass-Boston by pouring in a team-high 25 points. Atkins shot 9-13 (69%) from the field and also pulled down seven rebounds in the victory. In the Commonwealth Coast Conference opener again Roger Williams, Atkins netted 14 points and grabbed a team high 10 rebounds. Atkins currently leads the team averaging 15.1 points per game.
