Chelsea Shaughnessy scored eight goals and recorded two assists for 10 points as well as a key game-winning tally in a 2-1 week for the Bison. In a span of 3:48, the senior netted two goals, doled out one assist, scooped up one ground ball, and collected four draw controls and while causing a turnover to help spark Nichols to a 16-5 victory over Daniel Webster last Monday. The attacker scored a hat-trick and added an assist while corralling six draw controls and causing four turnovers in the 14-13 overtime setback to Salve Regina. Shaughnessy finished the week with three goals including the game-winner to help the Bison register their fifth win of the season to set the program benchmark for wins in a season with the 12-8 triumph at Gordon.
