Sophomore Chelsea Correia (Seekonk, Mass.). scored the game-winning goal in a 3-1 victory over the University of New England in the TCCC semifinals, then recorded a hat trick against visiting New England College to help the Bison win the TCCC Championship by a score of 4-1. The TCCC title marks the second in program history for Nichols, which won the crown in 1995, defeating Regis, 2-1, in double overtime on the road. With the victory, the Bison advance to their first ever NCAA Field Hockey Tournament appearance.
