Tyler Lacross will serve as an assistant coach for Nichols men's rugby in 2026-27.
Lacross graduated from Nichols College in 2010 with his bachelor’s degree. A four-year member of the Nichols Rugby program, Lacross began his playing career on the wing before moving to fly-half. He was a member of the 2006 team that captured the first Challenge Cup Championship in program history.
Following graduation, Lacross briefly coached with the Nichols Rugby program before returning to the staff alongside Head Coach Mikey Ricci in 2022. Since returning, he has helped guide Nichols to Challenge Cup Championships in both 2023 and 2024, as well as the Champions Cup and Elite Eight Berth in 2025.
