Assistant Men's Rugby Coach

Shannon Heap graduated from Nichols College in 1989 and was an original member and the founder of the Nichols Rugby Club, helping establish the program in 1987.

Heap served as Head Coach of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy Men’s Rugby Team before returning to The Hill and joining the Nichols coaching staff in 2025.
