Michael Ricci will continue his leadership of the Nichols College men's rugby program in 2026-27.
Michael Ricci graduated from Nichols College with his bachelor’s degree in May 2015 before earning a Master of Science in Sport Administration from Boston College. Prior to returning to The Hill in February 2022, Ricci served as Assistant Athletic Director for Sales and Service and as an Assistant Rugby Coach at Boston College.
During his playing career at Nichols, Ricci was a versatile forward, seeing time at lock, flanker, and No. 8.
Under Ricci’s tenure as Head Coach, he has led Nichols to a 33-2 overall record, including a perfect 22-0 regular season record and a 16-0 record at home.
