Melissa Montesi ’25 begins her second year as the Women’s Ice Hockey Graduate Assistant Coach for Nichols College in 2026-27.
She will take a on a prominent role in the recruiting process including, communication, coordination, and evaluation of prespective student-athletes.
Montesi, a former team captain across two seasons, skated in her 100th game as a senior, while appearing in all 25 games for the team. That same season, she scored career-high totals in goals (4) and points (10), and compiled a stat line of seven goals, 16 assists and 23 points across her playing career. Montesi was also named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) All-Academic Team in 2024.
