Mackenzie Doran '23

Mackenzie Doran ‘23 returns to the Nichols College women's lacrosse program as a volunteer assistant coach in 2025. 

Doran holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration Degree, concentrating in Business Management from Nichols College. 

Doran is no stranger to the women's lacrosse program, having played four years with 81 points throughout her career. A three-time team captain, she was named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Academic All-Conference Team as well. Doran was also a member of the Nichols Field Hockey Team for three years where she started in 35 of her 37 career games and recorded 46 points for the Bison. Doran was named to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad, NFHCA Division III Scholars of Distinction list, and CCC Academic All-Conference Team. After her junior year, Doran received the Hallie Linacre Memorial Award For Outstanding Female Junior Athlete.
 
During her time as an undergrad student, Doran was a member of the Nichols Senior Advisory Council, Emerging Leaders Program, National Society of Leadership and Success, and was a Teacher's Assistant. 
 
Doran has grown up playing golf with her family in her hometown of Wolfeboro, NH. She has recently begun playing competitively at her home course, Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club, in New Durham, NH.
