Jolane Thibault begins her first season as the assistant coach for the Nichols College field hockey team.
Before joining the Bison, Thibault worked as an assistant coach with Clark University. Her primary focus these was working closely with the goalkeepers to improve their skills, helped build a positive culture and environment for both athletes and coaches. Thibault also spend two years as the assistant coach at Dean College. Thibault assisted with Student-Athletes recruitment and retention, she conducted and assisted in practice preparation, and mentored athletes for academic support.
Coach Thibault played collegiate field hockey for the Lancer's of Worcester State. There she helped team earn back to back MASCAC championship titles, Little East Conference Champions in 2017. She was named captain her senior season and assisted in a record breaking season for wins. Thibault helped win consecutive Little East Conference regular season championships.
Thibault earned her Bachelor's of Science in Public Health as well as minors in French and Psychology from Worcester State before completing her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Thibault works as a registered nurse at Boston Medical Center in the Neonatal ICU.
