Jacob Laroche will serve as an assistant coach & assistant director of rugby operations in 2026-27.
Laroche graduated from Nichols College in December 2023, and then returned to the Hill in July 2025 to began his roles as an Assistant Coach, and Assistant Director of Admissions at Nichols, where he oversees the college’s international admissions efforts.
During his playing career at Nichols, Laroche started at Scrum-Half on the 2023 Challenge Cup Championship team. He earned Scholastic All-American and NERFU All-Conference honors during the 2023 season. He is a certified rugby referee with the New England Rugby Referee Society (NERRS).
