Emma Larsh

  • Title
    Strength & Conditioning Graduate Assistant

Emma Larsh begins her first year as a strength & conditioning graduate assistant at Nichols College in 2026-27.

Larsh comes to Nichols from the University of Rhode Island, where she gained valuable experience as a strength and conditioning intern with the Rams' NCAA Division I athletics program. In that role, she assisted the strength and conditioning staff with the implementation of training sessions for multiple varsity teams, helping oversee daily weight room operations while learning sport-specific programming and performance development strategies.

A former Division I student-athlete, Larsh was a member of the University of Rhode Island women's rowing program from 2022-26. Her experience as a collegiate athlete provided firsthand insight into high-performance training, teamwork, leadership, and the commitment required to compete at the Division I level.

Throughout her academic career, Larsh completed extensive coursework in resistance training, exercise physiology, exercise testing and prescription, athletic injury prevention and care, and advanced strength and conditioning. She is preparing to earn her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential.

In addition to her collegiate experience, Larsh has developed leadership and communication skills through her work in customer service, youth supervision, and coaching environments. She is CPR/AED and First Aid certified and holds a Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish.

A native of Scituate, Rhode Island, Larsh earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island in 2026.
