Ava Limonciello was named the interim head coach of the Nichols women's basketball program in November of 2025, having previously served as a graduate assistant during the 2024-25
A native of Waltham, Massachusetts, Limonciello brings a solid base of experience to The Hill following three seasons with Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. During her time with the Tigers, she was a four-time SCAC Conference Champion, a two-time SCAC All-Academic Team honoree, and went along for two NCAA Tournament appearances (Elite 8 and Sweet 16). During the 2021-22 season, she finished the year with career-highs in rebounds (54), assists (53) and three-pointers made (25).
Ava earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Sports Management from Trinity Univeristy, and is currently pursuing her MBA at Nichols.
