Nichols College Athletics

Adie Hughes '24 begins her second year as the Athletics and Admissions Recruiting Coordinator for Nichols College in 2026-27, and also her third season as an assistant women's soccer coach.

Hughes joined the Nichols Athletics staff following a distinguished student-athlete career at the College. A three-year member of the women's soccer program, she served as team captain while competing as a goalkeeper for the Bison. Prior to returning to The Hill, Hughes gained administrative experience as an Athletic Director Intern at Hampden Academy during the 2019-20 academic year.

In addition to her collegiate athletics experience, Hughes remains active in officiating as a certified USSF and NCAA soccer referee, as well as a USA Softball umpire. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Sport Management and Master of Business Administration degrees from Nichols College.
