Austin Paul '23 MBA '24

Austin Paul ‘23 MBA ‘24 has been elevated to an Assistant Athletic Director for Equipment Operations for the 2025-26 athletic season.

Paul joins athletic administration after wrapping up his second year on the Nichols Athletics Staff as the Game Operations Assistant and Assistant to the Equipment Room in 2024-25, and previously spent four years competing for the Bison as a Varsity Athlete for Track and Field and Club Athlete for the Rugby team. As a member of the Men’s Track and Field program Paul participated in 17 meets over his 4 years at Nichols, setting a Personal Best of (11.53 m) in Shot Put, (32.49 m) in Discus, and (23.39 m) in Hammer. As well as being a 3-time All-Conference Academic recipient. Paul was a five-year member of the Nichols Rugby program while serving 3 years as a Captain of the squad. Compiling a record of 28-8, going to the playoffs 4 times. Paul was a part of 2 undefeated seasons in 2023-2024 going a combined 18-0. Winning a NERFU Challenge Cup Championship and a National Colligate Rugby Northeast Championship. As well as a 3 time Scholastic All-American.

Paul also served as a member of the Nichols Senior Advisory Council, Sports Management Club, and a Teaching Assistant in the Nichols Sports TV program. Paul joins the athletics staff after being a two-year work-study student with the department. He served as one of the primary stat callers for Nichols football and a ball boy for field hockey, volleyball, and lacrosse. Paul earned his BSBA with a concentration in Sport Management in May 2023 and earned his MBA in May 2024 at Nichols.
 

A native of Middleton, Massachusetts, Austin currently resides in Dudley, Massachusetts.
