Marissa Fisher begins her third season as an assistant coach with the women’s lacrosse program in 2017.
Fisher is a 2014 graduate of the University of New Haven who was a four-year member of the Chargers lacrosse program. A Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection as a junior, Fisher was named to both the Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division II North/South All-Star game and the Northeast-10 Conference All-Championship Team as a senior. She completed her career with 33 points (23-10-33) in 71 games.
Fisher graduated UNH with a bachelor of science in marketing while minoring in quantitative analysis. She was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and a volunteer with the Power of Women, Special Olympics, and the United Way. Her coaching experience includes volunteering with Under Armour Grassroots (2012), T3 Elite Lacrosse (2010-12), and Nor’Easter Lacrosse (2013).
Fisher resides in Southbridge, Mass.
