Grace Murphy begins her third year as an assistant coach with the Nichols College women’s lacrosse team in 2018.
The Bison won five games in 2017 – a two-win improvement from the previous season – and scored their first-ever win over Gordon
Murphy graduated in 2015 as the program’s all-time leader in draw controls (178) and caused turnovers (84) and is tied for the top spot in games played (59). She also ranks second in goals (143), third in points (143) and ground balls (134), and fifth in assists (16).
In her final three seasons, Murphy recorded 18 hat tricks. She helped the Bison tie a program-record with eight wins in 2014.
