Bryan Gill

Bryan Gill begins his fourth season as an assistant women’s ice hockey coach at Nichols in 2016-17.

In 2014-15, the Bison won a program-record eight games and returned to the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Women’s East playoffs for the first time since 2012. In 2013-14, the Bison set a program-record for fewest goals allowed in a season (94) and lowered their goals against average (GAA) from 4.29 in 2012-13 to 3.76 this past season. 

Gill was a four-year member of the Bison men’s ice hockey program who graduated in May, 2013. He and head coach Wil Brown were defense partners during the 2012-13 campaign, when both served as team captains. During that span, Gill recording three points (1-2-3).

For his career, Gill racked up 25 points (4-21-25) in 94 career games. He has been an instructor with New York Applecore Youth Hockey and a head counselor/coach for Boot Camp Hockey. Gill was also a four-year member and two-year captain of the baseball team, and was President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) for two years.
