Raegan Mulherin begins her first season as an assistant coach with the Nichols College women’s basketball program in 2021-22.
Mulherin graduate from Framingham State University in 2016 following a standout career which saw her score over 1,000 points and garner Massachusetts Small College Athletic Conference (MASCAC) All-Conference First Team honors three years in a row (2014-16). She has since spent time as an AAU basketball coach for grades 5-9, the girl’s junior varsity coach at King Philip Regional H.S. (2020-21), and most recently, an AAU basketball coach with Mass Premier.
A team captain for the Rams as a senior, Mulherin averaged a career-high 18.3 ppg as a sophomore as FSU posted a 19-7 record. The following season, the Baldwinville, Massachusetts native averaged 13.5 ppg, 4.0 rpg, and 3.1 apg as a junior, and 16.1 ppg and 4.9 rpg as a senior captain in 2015-16.
