Amber Litwinko begins her first season as an assistant coach with the Nichols College women's basketball staff in 2015-16.
Litwinko graduated from Nichols this past May No. 6 all-time in both career scoring average (14.5 ppg) and rebounding (7.7 rpg). She was named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Second Team as a senior after garnering Third Team honors as a junior. Litwinko became the 12th student-athlete in program history to reach the 1,000-point mark for her career.
A CCC Academic All-Conference pick as a junior, Litwinko was selected to participate in the prestigious Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) 'So You Want To Be A Coach' Clinic, which was held in conjunction with the Division I Women's Basketball Final Four and Coaches Convention in April, 2015.
