At Nichols 
2025: Appeared in 11 events for the Bison... Placed 24th in the Conference of New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship (4/25-4/26) in the 1500 with a time of 4:52:41. Placed 21th in the Conference of New England Outdoor Track & Field Championship (4/25-4/26) in the 5000 with a time of 18:25:86. He placed 4th in the Jonathan Tymann Invitational in the 5000 with a time of 18:01:83.

2024: Appeared in 7 events on the year...At the Sean Livingston Track & Field Invitational (3/23), he placed 5th and recorded his personal best 37.67m in the javelin throw...Helped place 8th in the 4x400 relays at the Penmen Relays (4/13). 

2023: Appeared in five meets for the Bison...Threw a personal best 34.88m in the javelin at the Jonathan Tymann Invitational...Clocked a personal best in the 800m with a 2:34.06 at the Penmen Relays (4/15)...At the Eastern Connecticut State T&F Invitational (4/21), finished with a 11:38.15 in the 3000m which was a personal best...Clocked a 5:15.69 at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship (4/29) which was a personal best in the 1500m.

Prior to Nichols
Graduated from Gardner High School...member of the National Honor Society, and served as their Vice President...member of the Student Council...cross country Team Captain (senior)...two-time Coaches' Award recipient...Triple Threat Award winner.
