Nichols College Athletics

Graduated from Nichols College with his bachelor’s degree in May 2023 before earning his MBA from Nichols in May 2024. He currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Nichols College.

During his time as a student-athlete, Couture was a multi-sport competitor for the Bison, competing in both men's rugby and track & field. A five-year member of the track & field program, he specialized in hurdles and pole vault and was a four-time Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) All-Academic Team selection. As a graduate student in 2024, Couture appeared in seven meets, recording a personal-best time of 9.33 in the 60-meter hurdles while also placing third in pole vault at both the CCC Championship and Eastern Edmondson Classic.

On the rugby pitch, Couture played fullback for his first three seasons before shifting to fly-half for the 2023 Challenge Cup Championship team. That season, he also earned Scholastic All-American honors. He continues to play competitively with Worcester Men’s Rugby and is also a certified rugby referee with the New England Rugby Referee Society (NERRS).
