Rob Squillante joins the Nichols College men's soccer program as an assistant coach in 2025.
In the summer of 2025, Squillante earned his U.S. Soccer Federation National B Coaching License, a license to add to his long list of coaching certifications.
Prior to joining the Nichols staff, Squillante spent one season with North Smithfield High School as the Lead Assistant Coach, helping the program to their first Division I playoff appearance in school history.
Squillante also has vast experience in developing players as the owner/creator of SB Athletics a sports performance and soccer specific training company that has helped develop players reach the college game. He has also trained players from professional DI-DIII notable schools: Princeton, University of Vermont, University of Virginia, University of North Carolina-Wilmington, Providence College, Bryant University, Assumption, and the Revolution 2.
Squillante holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Rhode Island College.
