Kaleb Fulmer enters his first season as a graduate assistant coach with the Nichols men's soccer program in 2026.
Fulmer lands on The Hill after previously serving as the first assistant coach at the Division II level with Emory & Henry University Women’s Soccer. During his time there, he helped lead a turnaround from three wins prior to his arrival to a 7-8-2 record in 2024 and an 8-6-3 mark in 2025—the program’s most wins since 2008—while also competing against multiple Division I opponents.
Fulmer jump-started his coaching pathway at the Division I level through an undergraduate assistant coaching internship with East Tennessee State University, where the program captured the SoCon regular season title and made a conference tournament final appearance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2023 and is currently pursuing his MBA. He brings additional coaching and playing experience from the USL2, NPSL, and UPSL levels, along with several years in club coaching, most recently serving as Academy Director with Southwest Virginia Rush. Fulmer holds a USSF D License and is currently pursuing his USSF C License.
