Joseph Theriault enters his second season as a Graduate Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator with the men's lacrosse program in 2025.

Theriault, a native of Stoneham, Massachusetts, joined the Bison program after earning a BSBA in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College, Class of 2023. During his time at Springfield, Theriault also played one season for their men's lacrosse program as an offensive midfielder, appearing in one game while notching an assist in the same effort. He is now pursuing a Masters in Business Administration alongside his coaching duties at Nichols. 

Prior to his undergraduate years, Theriault attended Austin Preparatory School in Reading, Massachusetts, where he was also a member of their varsity lacrosse and ice hockey teams, serving as a co-captain in lacrosse. His experience in coaching is also rooted at the club level, where he currently serves as a coach for 3D New England Lacrosse.
