Joseph Baffoni enters his first season as an assistant coach with the men's lacrosse program in 2025.
Baffoni is no stranger to the Nichols men's lacrosse program, having worked with the team as a resident assistant while earning a BSBA in Sports Management in 2023. Baffoni also participated in fall ball with the Bison in the 2021-22 season as a defender, before taking on the Baseball Broadcast Internship to close out his lacrosse tenure on The Hill.
Prior to committing to Nichols, Baffoni graduated from Burrillville High School in 2019 where he participated in both lacrosse and ice hockey. Over the past seven years, he as also served as a manager and volunteer assistant coach for the ice hockey program at Burrillville, helping lead the Broncos wo a runner-up finish in the Division I State Championship in 2023-24.
