2023: Appeared in all eight races…Raced at the NCAA East Regional Championship (11/11) clocking a 28:15,6 for his season best time…Earned his season best third place finish with a 27:56.6 at the Travis J. Fuller Invitational (9/1)
2022:Â Ran a 17:13 at the Suffolk Short Course Classic 5K (9/2).
2021: Season-best 29:15 in an 8K run at the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship (10/30) ... posted a time of 30:27.6 at the NCAA Division III Regional (11/13).
