2025: Appeared in all eight meets for the season... marked a new personal record 8k time at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (9/20)... posted a time of 30:14 at the NCAA East Regionals (11/15).
2024: Appeared in seven meets this season…Earning a career best 30:53.0 at the Conference of New England Championship (11/2)…Raced to a 31:34.09 at the NCAA East Region Championship (11/16).
2023: Did not appear in any meets this season.
2022:Â Season-best 31:34 in an 8K run at the Travis Fuller Invitational hosted by Mass. Maritime (9/24).

Graduated from Gardner High School...member of the National Honor Society, and served as their Vice President...member of the Student Council...cross country Team Captain (senior)...two-time Coaches' Award recipient...Triple Threat Award winner.
