In 2024-25, Hundley guided the Bison to their 13th straight appearance in the CNE (formerly CCC) Tournament, and saw the program finish the year with a 13-13 overall record and 10-8 mark against conference opponents. The regular season had a number of notable moments for the Bison, including a four-game win streak entering conference play which began with an upset victory over No. 10 ranked Tufts University, 72-71. Then, upon entering CNE competition, Hundley the Bison also picked up notable wins over fellow tournament teams like Suffolk University (68-66), and Wentworth Institute of Technology (81-69). Prior to his arrival on The Hill, Hundley spent five seasons at the helm with the Worcester State University men's basketball team, amassing an overall record of 82-55, with a conference record of 45-15. In 2023-24, the Lancers finished at 18-10 (10-2 conference) and repeated as both regular season and tournament champions, and saw two players selected as MASCAC All-Conference selections, including repeat MASCAC Player of the Year and All-American Aaron Nkrumah. Hundley was also tabbed as the MASCAC Coach of the Year, his third in four seasons.

The 2022-23 season was a record breaking one for WSU, and one of the greatest in program history as the Lancers set new records in wins (22), winning pct. (78.6%), consecutive win streak (14) and their first undefeated MASCAC mark in program history. As a result of that success, the Lancers went on to claim the MASCAC Tournament Championship title, their second in program history, and advanced to their first NCAA Division III Tournament since 1994. Hundley coached a trio of All-Conference selections, including the Conference Player of the Year, D3hoops.com Rookie of the Year, NABC All-Region 1 First Team & D3Hoops.com All-Region 1 Second Team honorees, and earned himself the 2022-23 MASCAC coach of the year.

Through his first three seasons with the program (2018-22), the Lancers saw significant improvement as a team, including two MASCAC Championship appearances, a new program record in MASCAC regular season wins (2019-20), and several program records.

Before Worcester State, Hundley spent three seasons at Keene State. He started as a men’s basketball assistant during the 2015-16 season, and was promoted to associate head coach in the summer of 2016. During his time with Keene State, he played an integral part in the success of the Owls’ basketball program, helping the team reach the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight. In addition to serving as associate head coach, Hundley acted as the recruiting coordinator for the team and was responsible for delegating recruitment activities, maintaining database of communications, and planning visits with prospective student-athletes. Other duties at Keene State included practice planning, on-court coaching, scouting, monitoring academic performance, and organizing an Owls prospect camp. Before joining Keene State, Hundley worked as an assistant coach at both Lasell College and Salve Regina University.

Hundley is a graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Leisure Management, and was a member of the Warriors team that reached the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
