Nick Napolitano enters his first season as an assistant men's basketball coach at Nichols College in 2025-26.
Napolitano joins the Bison following one season (2024-25) as a video analysis coordinator at Bryant University. Throughout the season, Napolitano assisted the coaching staff with daily practices and preparation, managing players and equipment, gathered statistics and broke down practice and game film, and helped with the program's day-to-day operations and planning. Napolitano also helped coach the team to a 2025 America East Regular Season and Conference Championship, an automatic qualifier bid in the 2025 NCAA DI Tournament, and also helped develop the 2025 America East Player of the Year, Earl Timberlake.
Before arriving at Bryant, Napolitano spent five seasons as a student assistant coach at Keene State College, where he was heavily involved in the recruitment, breakdown of practice and game film, coordinating logistics for summer basketball camps, and a number of other roles. While with the Owls, Napolitano went along for three consecutive Little East Conference championship titles (2022, 2023, 2024), back-to-back NCAA DIII Sweet 16 appearances (2022-23, 2023-24), and the team's program record 28-win season in 2022-23. He also played a pivotal role in recruiting three-time Division III All American and NABC National Player of the year Wing Octavio Brito.
Napolitano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Recreation Management with a double minor in Business Management and Public Relations. He is now on his Masters Degree in Sports Leadership with Endicott College.
