Judah Jackson

    Men's Basketball Assistant Coach
Judah Jackson joins the Nichols College Men’s basketball staff after having led the Chelsea (Mass.) High School program for the last nine seasons. In his time with the Red Devils, Jackson was able to build and maintain a three-team program, with up to 50 students participating at the freshman, junior varsity, or varsity level.
 
His nine-season career at Chelsea was highlighted by a 20-0 season in 2014-15, a Commonwealth Athletic Conference (CAC) championship in 2017-18, and a 16-0 CAC record in 2019-20. Twice during his nine seasons, Jackson was named the CAC Coach of the Year (2018, 2020).
 
On top of his on-court achievements, Jackson was also instrumental in assisting his athletes with their classroom duties, communicating with teachers and implementing a mandatory study hall.
 
Prior to his coaching career, Jackson was a four-year letter winner at Bridgewater State, where he notched 1500 points. He was named to the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC) second-team twice (2007, 2011), while also being named the MASCAC MVP in 2012 following a run to the NCAA Division III Sweet 16 the year before.
