Jordan Monts comes to Dudley after helping boost Woodstock Academy to a Power 5 AA Championship in 2022, while also placing thirty student-athletes into college. Before his stint at Woodstock, the Springfield, Mass. native served as the assistant program director and director of operations for the NE6 AAU organization, while also guiding the 16u Under Armour Grassrouts Circuit program.

In his most recent college coaching experience, Monts served as an assistant coach for Colby throughout the 2019-20 season. It was a memorable year for Monts and the Mules, who finished top-25 in the nation following a 24-4 record. While recording its first-ever appearance in a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) championship game, the Colby squad also made program history by being the team's first at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament.

Prior to his stop in Waterville, Monts was an assistant at Keene State during the 2018-19 season, one in which the Owls finished as Little East Conference (LEC) regular-season and tournament champions, appearing in the NCAA tournament. Monts, in his first full-time coaching role, coached the programs all-time leading scorer, the LEC Player of the Year, two LEC all-conference selections, and a first-team All-American.

Breaking into the coaching realm, Monts held a graduate assistant position at Bethany, where he earned his master's degree in education. His duties included recruitment and academic improvement for the Bison.

Monts had a successful four-year career at Regis (Mass.), in which he captained the team for two seasons and helped lead the program to the most wins in history in 2014-15. Along with the team success, including a New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) championship and appearance in the NCAA tournament, Monts finished his playing career top-10 in school history in points, rebounds, and assists.
