John McGlynn begins his first season as a member of the Nichols College men’s basketball coaching staff in 2015-16.
McGlynn spent two years as an assistant coach at Suffolk University (2007-09), where he coordinated all recruiting efforts, developed daily practice plans and scouting reports for opponents, monitored the academic progress of the student-athletes, and ensured the program was in compliance with the NCAA.
McGlynn was a member of the men’s basketball program at Tufts University who went on to play professionally in Sydney, Australia as a member of the Glebe Magic (2011-12). Before that, he was a captain and all-league selection at both Arlington Catholic H.S. and Tilton Prep School.
