Trey Carrier ’20 begins his second season as a defensive assistant coach with the football program at Nichols College in 2022.
The Bison saw five student-athletes earn Coast Conference (CCC) Football All-Conference honors in 2021 while six were named to the Worcester Area Football Association (WAFA) All-Star Teams and 17 garnered CCC Academic All-Conference honors.
Carrier began his coaching career as an assistant at Bay Path RVTHS in nearby Charlton, where he worked with the varsity wide receivers and defensive backs from 2019-20. He also served as the offensive coordinator for the JV team.
Carrier was also a coaching intern with the Massachusetts Pirates in 2018, where he assisted offensive coordinator Anthony Payton with the quarterbacks and receivers.
Carrier received his sport management degree in 2020 and is currently enrolled in the Athletic Leadership graduate program at Clemson University.
