Michael Spraulding ’20 begins his second season as a graduate assistant with the Nichols College football team in 2022. The Lithonia, Georgia native works primarily with the linebackers.
The Bison saw five student-athletes earn Coast Conference (CCC) Football All-Conference honors in 2021 while six were named to the Worcester Area Football Association (WAFA) All-Star Teams and 17 garnered CCC Academic All-Conference honors. Amongst the WAFA All-Stars was linebacker Joe Cox, who was named to the First Team.
Spraulding was a four-year member of the Nichols football program (2016-19) who graduated No. 6 all-time in tackles with 236. He garnered both CCC and Worcester Area Football Association (WAFA) Second Team following his senior campaign, where he also earned CCC Defensive Player of the Week honors after scoring his first collegiate TD against Anna Maria on Sept. 21, 2019.
