Nichols College Athletics

A former standout for the Bison, Simeone returned to Nichols after an accomplished four-year playing career with the field hockey program from 2011-14.

One of the program's top defenders during her tenure, Simeone earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) First Team All-Conference honors as a junior in 2013 before collecting Second Team recognition as a senior in 2014. She appeared in 67 career games on the back line, tallying seven career points on two goals and three assists, all of which came during her senior campaign, while also recording six defensive saves.

Simeone was equally successful in the classroom, earning a spot on the Gladiator by SGI/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad as a freshman and helping establish a culture of academic excellence within the program.

She graduated from Nichols College in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in sport management. In addition to her responsibilities as a student-athlete, Simeone served as a manager for the softball program and worked in the Athletic Communications Department as a work-study student. She later earned her master's degree from Nichols in 2016.
