Ben Jerome '25 joins the Nichols baseball coaching staff following a standout five-year career with the Bison program.

One of the most accomplished players in program history, Jerome finished his career with a .350 batting average, totaling 191 hits, 87 RBI, 95 walks, and a program-record 83 stolen bases. During his senior campaign, he recorded 70 hits — the second-highest single-season total in program history — while cementing his place atop the Nichols record book in stolen bases.

Jerome earned back-to-back ABCA/Rawlings Division III All-Region II Third Team honors in 2024 and 2025 and was also selected to the D3baseball.com All-Region II Third Team in both seasons. In 2025, he garnered All-Conference First Team recognition as a utility player while also earning Second Team All-Conference honors in the outfield.

A two-time regional honoree and program record-holder, Jerome graduated from Nichols College with a degree in Corporate Finance and Investments.
