BEVERLY, Mass. (9/19/2026) – The Nichols College men's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to Endicott College in Conference of New England action Saturday afternoon at Hempstead Stadium.
Nichols moves to 4-3 overall (1-1 CNE), while Endicott moves up to 2-2-2 (1-1 CNE) after earning their first CNE win.
The Bison played a competitive opening half before Endicott broke through in the 40th minute. After the Bison had a great chance by reigning CNE Rookie of the Week
Nick Reilly that was saved by Endicott's keeper in the 39th minute, the Gulls went the opposite way to score and give them a 1-0 advantage heading into halftime.
Endicott extended its lead early in the second half when Jake Pezza headed home a goal off an assist from Cole Loisel at 49:56. The Gulls added their third goal in the 75th minute, as Tyler Walser finished a chance assisted by Kaio Morais to make it a 3-0 contest.
Nichols recorded nine shots on the afternoon, including two on target.
Nick Reilly led the Bison with two shots, while
Zach O'Meara also recorded two attempts.
Esteban Arbelaez and Reilly each put one shot on frame.
Anthony Grguric made five saves in goal for Nichols, including three in the second half.
The Bison return to action on Wednesday, September 23rd, when they host Fitchburg State University for a 4 PM kickoff.
