Ethan Minarik has been selected to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Men's Basketball Team, per the official announcement on Tuesday afternoon.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Nominated student-athletes must be at least a sophomore (athletically and academically), a starter in 66 percent of their respective institutions games, or a participant in at least 90 percent of the contests while holding a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Minarik, a finance major from Webster, Massachusetts, appeared in all 27 games this season for the Bison, making 21 starts throughout. During that time, he compiled a stat line of 252 points (9.3 AVG), 55 rebounds, 28 assists and 14 steals, each of which were career-high totals for the junior guard. He finished the season shooting an impressive 50.5% from the field, which included a 48.4% success rate from three-point range, with 11 games with double-figure points. He also landed a career-high 21 points in the team's 75-64 win at Clark, which came off a perfect 7-of-7 performance from the field.
Minarik, having earned the same honor last season, is now a two-time recipient of CSC Academic All-District honors in his collegiate career.
