Carter Renaud was honored in this week's round of Conference of New England (CNE) awards, being recognized for his performances in the week for men's lacrosse. Announced on Monday at 3:00 PM, the CNE announced Renaud as the Defensive Player of the Week.

Carter Renaud delivered a strong week in net, anchoring the Nichols defense across two games while playing all 120 minutes.
Renaud opened the week with 11 saves against Saint Joseph (Conn.), facing 29 shots (18 on goal) while playing all 60 minutes in net. He followed that effort with a dominant showing in a win over Manhattanville, recording 19 saves while allowing just 5 goals on 24 shots on goal, helping secure the victory. Across the two games, Renaud totaled 30 saves while facing 42 shots on goal, posting a strong .714 save percentage. He averaged 15 saves per game and played every minute serving as the backbone of the Nichols defense.
